What do you think about the new policy of Experian refusing to accept disputes via postal mail?

The online system of disputing is limited, does not allow for the attachment of supporting documentation, nor enough space to provide creditor contact information, telephone numbers and other pertinent info that would in fact be helpful in their investigations.
